In the brief audio, a dispatcher can be heard alerting medics to a cardiac emergency at the WWE Hall of Famer’s home. TMZ reported that “a slew of police cars and EMTs were parked outside Hogan’s home.”
First responders initiated CPR on Hogan, and according to the dispatch audio, the life-saving efforts were still “in progress” at 10.28 am, with medics actively “working on getting him out to the ambulance.”

Hogan was taken to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to a report issued by the Clearwater Fire Department.
While an official cause of death has not been released, Hogan, born Terry Bollea, had been grappling with health complications in recent months. The wrestling icon reportedly underwent a neck procedure earlier this year, though it’s unclear whether the surgery played any role in his sudden death.
