Aaron Rodgers celebrates 40th birthday in style with Jets teammates and celebrity friends amid injury
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Aaron Rodgers celebrated turning 40 in style on December 3, hanging out with teammates and a few famous friends.
The star-studded birthday celebration was held on Sunday at Zero Bond in New York City by the Jets quarterback, who has been sidelined since his debut with the team due to an injury in his left Achilles tendon, as reported by People.

Rodgers' friends were present for the festivities
Actor Miles Teller and his wife Keleigh, Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, and a number of his Jets colleagues were among Rodgers' friends present for the festivities.
Snapshots from the celebration were shared on social media, featuring Jets wide receiver Randall Cobb and his spouse Aiyda, fullback Nick Bawden and his spouse Alexis, and tight end CJ Uzomah and his partner, Yasmin Quintana.
A carousel of photos from the party's photo booth was shared by Rodgers' pal and hairstylist, Riawna Capri. One of the amusing pictures featured the quarterback getting kisses on both cheeks from Capri and their buddy Morgan Beau.
'An amazing night celebrating an amazing person'
A few images from the celebration were also posted on Instagram by Frankie Bakhtiari, the wife of Aaron Rodgers' former Packers teammate David Bakhtiari. The caption read, "An amazing night celebrating an amazing person."
Vonn also posted a photo of Rodgers' cake, which had images of his Super Bowl trophy, Jeopardy, guitar, and Jets, among other of his favorite things. Vonn wrote, "The big 4-0! Happy birthday to the OG."
The Jets, led by Aaron Rodgers, lost 13–8 to the Atlanta Falcons at MetLife Stadium right before the celebration. After being tackled by Bills linebacker Leonard Floyd in the opening minutes of the season opener, the four-time NFL MVP suffered an Achilles tear and has been out of commission since September 11.
Rodgers underwent surgery and started his recuperation within the week.

Rodgers wrote in a post on Instagram two days after his injury, "I’m completely heartbroken and moving through all of the emotions, but deeply touched and humbled by the support and love. 💔 Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I begin the healing process today. 🙏 ♾️ ❤️."
He said to PEOPLE last month that his recuperation process had "been a grind."
"Frustration, sadness — a lot of sadness," Rodgers remarked, before expressing gratitude to everyone who has "showed up" for him, especially since his surgery.
"[They] brought me food, took care of me, checked on me, FaceTimed me, called me. So I'm really thankful for everybody who reached out," Rodgers said. "It was a tough time and I was in a rough place."
Rodgers also offered gratitude to followers who had undergone the same ailment for their support. "I've heard from people all over the country, all over the world, who tore their Achilles, sending support because I think we're like a tight-knit family."
Throughout the healing process, Rodgers has been a regular at Metlife Stadium with his squad "just to feel a little bit more normal," which he says has helped his mental state a lot.
He shared,"I felt like I was part of the team. And when you're away from it and you're injured most days you don't feel that."
