'Absurd amount of food': Internet weighs in as Mark Wahlberg reveals 'intensive' diet and workout regime
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Mark Wahlberg has given an update on his rigorous daily regime, which he dropped back in 2018.
Back then, the star revealed that he gets up at 2.30 am and starts his session in a ‘cryo chamber.’
Mark Wahlberg's previous workout regime
Wahlberg has now shared that the routine was too much, and it left him with "the worst eating habits."
After six years, he reflected on the pros and cons of his tough regime, which helped him prepare for his roles, but gave him suffering on a physical and personal level.
The ‘Family Man’ wishes he had realized this sooner as he'd have had "another 15-year run at doing more physical movies."
As per the update, instead of eating four full meals at 3.15 am, 5.30 am, 8am and then 10.30 am, Wahlberg stopped the early morning starts and took one breakfast at a later hour, reports DailyMail.

In his current routine, Wahlberg starts the day with two boiled eggs, three scrambled eggs, a pork chop with salt and pepper, wild smoked salmon, Greek yogurt, berries, and a green juice with Moringa - an anti-inflammatory plant.
At the time of preparing for 'Arthur the King', he said, "Now that I'm focusing on rest and recovery, it doesn't feel as labor intensive as it used to be."
Internet reacts to Mark Wahlberg's new workout regime
Wahlberg's new workout regime left the Internet confounded. "Seriously, I don't care how much money you have... That's an absurd amount of food," one commented.
Another said, "That's my weekly shop right there - I can't even afford his breakfast."
"It is too extreme. Why guys that are with younger women always have extreme problems," a person wondered.
Someone else asked, "Wow! how can he eat that much food? Then he says he fasts for 18 hours? Doesn't make sense."
One wrote, "I just wish he'd keep all his religious stuff to himself. Seriously, praying on TV, etc."
