Acting AG Todd Blanche reignites 2020 firestorm, alleging ‘ton of evidence’ of election rigging
WASHINGTON, DC: Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, on Sunday, May 17, has thrown gasoline on one of America’s most politically explosive debates, declaring there is a “ton of evidence” that the 2020 election was rigged and revealing that Justice Department investigators are actively revisiting allegations in multiple battleground states.
The comments made as Blanche spoke to Fox News instantly reignited the years-long fight over election integrity, voter fraud allegations and the political scars left behind by the 2020 presidential race.
"There's a ton of evidence that the election was rigged," says @DAGToddBlanche on 2020.

Todd Blanche confirms probe into 2020 rigging
Speaking during the interview, Blanche made clear that federal investigators are not backing away from claims surrounding the 2020 election.
Instead, he suggested the Justice Department is actively working cases tied to voting practices, ballot handling and alleged misconduct in states that have remained at the center of election controversy.
“There’s a ton of evidence that the election was rigged,” Blanche said, before adding that the department currently has “multiple investigations going on in Arizona, in Georgia, in Fulton County, Georgia.”
He then suggested uncovering the truth has been difficult because, in his words, “they’re very good at hiding misconduct and hiding what they’re doing.”
Blanche said investigators are now focused on what he described as basic election integrity questions: “Whether the right people voted, whether people who were supposed to vote voted, whether there was one vote cast per voter.”
He also defended the pace of the probes, saying investigators are relying on “good old-fashioned law enforcement police work” and promising that Americans will be informed when the department reaches a charging decision or issues a formal report.

Blanche links probes to 'Russia hoax'
Blanche also connected the election investigations to what he described as institutional efforts targeting Trump over the past decade.
Referring to the Russia investigation, Blanche said, “The whole Russia hoax, there was absolutely nothing to it.”
He added that investigators are now studying why officials from the outgoing Obama administration and former FBI leadership pursued those inquiries, claiming the episode “did great damage” to Trump’s first presidency.
“So the question that the American people have to ask is, well then why did they do it? That's what we're studying right now because it did great damage to this country."
The comments add another layer to Blanche’s increasingly aggressive public profile since taking over as acting attorney general.
Since stepping into the role, Blanche has emerged as one of the administration’s most vocal legal defenders while overseeing politically sensitive investigations across multiple fronts.
