Adam Levine left 'The Voice' in 2019 for family
Adam Levine left 'The Voice' in 2019 to spend more time with his family. "I was ready to not be doing it anymore for a little bit," the singer revealed in an interview with Howard Stern at the time. "When it all naturally happened, I was like, 'Okay, this feels right.' For better or worse, the moment in which we decided to walk away felt really good. This was the right time for me to go.”
Levine continued, “For eight-and-a-half years, I was so busy that I had the band, I had 'The Voice'. I was beyond fortunate to go through all of it because it was a life-altering experience being on that show ... and then it got to the point where I got married, I had two kids, and I wanted to spend time with them."
Talking about the same, he said on 'The Ellen Geners Show ' in 2019, explaining that he felt “fortunate” and “blessed” that he could “stop in this moment to spend time with my new, young family and have the greatest time ever,” adding “Now I’m just a stay-at-home dad. I stay home and do very little.” Levine shares three children with his wife Behati Prinsloo.
