LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Adam Sandler mourned the death of his ‘Grown Ups’ co-star Alec Musser who died on Friday, January 12, 2024.

Sandler, who shared the screen with Musser in the 2010 film ‘Grown Ups’, took to his social media account on X, on Sunday, January 14, to pay tribute to the late actor.



 

Adam Sandler pays tribute to Alec Musser

Sharing a photo of Musser, Adam Sandler wrote, “I loved this guy. Cannot believe he is gone. Such a wonderful, funny good man.”

‘All My Children’ star Alec Musser died on Friday at the age of 50.

Sandler added in his tribute, “Thinking of Alec Musser and his family and sending all my love. A true great sweetheart of a person.”

Musser’s fiancee Paige Press thanked Sandler for his kind words while sharing her heart is “broken".

She wrote, “Thank you @adamsandler 🙏🏼 Alec was my fiancé. He spoke so highly of you and I know working on grownups was one of the best times of his life. My heart is so broken 💔,” as per Page Six.

Alec Musser’s fiancee mourns his death

Paige Press shared the news of Musser’s death with TMZ on Saturday. The actor and bodybuilder died at his home in Del Mar, California, on Friday.

She has been mourning his death ever since. Over the weekend, she posted a message through her Instagram Story where she wrote, “RIP to the love of my life,” before adding, “I will never stop loving you. My heart is broken.”

In another Story, she shared another photo of the two of them and wrote, “Today is the worst day of my life. We were so happy.”

Life and legacy of Alec Musser

Musser gained considerable fandom after playing Del Henry in ‘All My Children’ from 2005 to 2007.

Apart from ‘Grown Ups’, he has acting credits on ‘Desperate Housewives’ and ‘Rita Rocks’.

Apart from acting, Musser was also into bodybuilding and surfing. Just a few days before his death, Musser shared a beautiful snap of him surfing in the Baja California.
