LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Alec Baldwin is opening up about the changes in his parenting style as he grows older. The actor, who recently turned 67, is reflecting on how different fatherhood feels with his younger children.

Alec Baldwin reflects on fatherhood
In the latest episode of 'The Baldwins', Alec Baldwin recalled becoming a father for the first time at 38, when his daughter Ireland, now 29, was born.
Now, with seven younger children welcomed since age 56, he spoke with Hilaria Baldwin, 41, about how time and experience have shaped his approach to parenting.
“Things have changed so much,” Baldwin said on the show, according to People.
“Everything has changed, I think when you're her age and you have kids, and you get older, you get tougher,” he said while talking to his wife Hilaria.

“And for me, as I'm getting older and older, and I don't want to be tougher. I don't want to be anything. I just want to be a father to my kids," Alec said.
He added, “I want to just watch and see what the years I have left us to experience and not have it be about me.”

"Every now and then, when the baby gets older and grows up to be about 2, I look at (Hilaria) and I go, 'Time to have another.'"
