Ireland Baldwin shares animated mirror-selfies after becoming a mom

The 28-year-old wrote, “9 months postpartum and I’m far from where I want to be but I’m over the hump and finally finding time to get this a** into shape. Not necessarily working out everyday, but making strides to be more consistent. Walk more. Move more.”

She further wrote, “Just wanted to do a solidarity post with anyone who’s having a tough time getting inspired to change bad habits/work on yourself. I still have days where I binge eat an entire box of Girl Scout cookies for dinner but that’s ok! It took 7-9 months to even start to lose any baby weight or care to… and anyone who makes you feel bad for going at your own pace or not being enough can suck it. This shit is HARD. Be kind to yourself 🩷.”

Baldwin welcomed her daughter with boyfriend RAC (Andre Allen Anjos), 38.

Ireland Baldwin's first Christmas with daughter

In December, Ireland Baldwin posted snaps from her daughter’s first Christmas on Instagram.

"Christmas has always been a really tough holiday for me. It was yet another time of year where a court was deciding whether I was spending it with my mom or my dad," she confessed.

"Both of my parents did a wonderful job of making holidays special for me but it was always the other parent who was spending it alone. So many really difficult emotions have always come up around this time, as they do for many people," she added.

Ireland further wrote, "I have a few really painful memories associated with Christmas. I chose to spend nearly every Christmas since I was 17 years old with a boyfriend’s family.”
