NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene took to the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to slam Speaker Mike Johnson over the specifics of the two-part omnibus spending bill on Monday, March 25.

After strongly opposing the bill on the House floor, Greene filed a motion for the dismissal of Johnson as the House Speaker back on March 22 and has been attacking him on social media ever since.

Marjorie Taylor Greene's tweet

The US Representative for Georgia called out Johnson over 4 tweets on Monday, the first of which read, "Mike Johnson funded the aiding and abetting of ILLEGALS in the interior of our country! Migrant Shelters: Provide $650 million for the Shelter and Services Program that reimburses local governments and nonprofits that support individuals released from DHS custody."

"Another Mike Johnson-Chuck Schumer Uniparty Minibus Betrayal," she wrote in the following post. "The cap on the president’s authority to provide foreign assistance in the interest of national security increases to $500 million, from $250 million, for FY 2024. Sounds like more money for Zelenskyy!!"

She continued to criticize the bill for aiding Ukraine, writing in her third tweet, "Rather than calling for peace, Mike Johnson sided with Chuck Schumer and the Democrats to push us further toward the brink of World War 3!"

"The uniparty minibus provides $300 million in funding for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative. We should be demanding peace, not funding foreign wars!"

Greene's final tweet mentioned, "The Mike Johnson-Chuck Schumer uniparty minibus rejects riders in the House bill including policies aimed at curbing the FBI's use of politicized abuses and the administration's broader use of the federal government against political rivals through censorship."

"J6 defendants, pro-life activists, Catholics attending Latin Mass, parents attending school board meetings, Trump supporters, gun owners, and every dissident of the Biden regime is being targeted by Joe Biden’s weaponized DOJ," she added, concluding, "Mike Johnson didn’t stop it, he FUNDED it!"

Internet reacts to Marjorie Taylor Greene's tweets

"If you try to vacate the chair you will be single-handedly responsible for blowing up the Republican majority. And if Hakeem Jefferies becomes the speaker the American people will never ever forgive you," wrote a user.

"The moment you get back in session, initiate the vote. Be the party that vacated 2 Speakers within 6 months while also being the majority party in the least productive House of Representatives in a century. That is sure to help Republicans in November..." jibed another.

"There is absolutely no reason to vote Republican anymore. You waste a perfectly good Tuesday to get the same policies you would have gotten if you just stayed home….. " noted a third.

"Close the border!! I swear all y’all do is tweet and talk about each other instead of doing the job the AMERICAN people pointed you to do!!" slammed a fourth.

"The only thing you do is point fingers. Shameful," quipped a fifth.
