LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amy Schumer had audiences in stitches as she recounted an awkward conversation with Bradley Cooper during her appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' on January 28.
The actress and comedian revealed that she struggled to “recover” after Cooper mistakenly assumed she was older than she actually is.

While discussing age, Cooper, who celebrated his 50th birthday on January 5, casually remarked about reaching the milestone.
Schumer recalled that after he shared his age, he turned to her and asked, “You 50?”
The 'Trainwreck' star, who is 43, said she scrambled to respond gracefully.
“'Cause whatever, I'm 43, but you know, I'm like, 'I will be 50,'” Schumer said, trying to brush off the blunder, adding “But I'm not 50 yet.”
Still taken aback, she mimicked her internal dialogue, adding, “'You 50?' 'Yeah, no, I'm not, Bradley, you know. I'm not. But thank you for thinking of me.'”

Amy Schumer reflects on beauty standards and aging pressures
Beyond the humorous exchange, Amy Schumer took a moment to reflect on society’s fixation on youth and appearance.
“Look, we all wanna be hot. I'm sorry, we do,” she stated.
“People go through a lot … this is how bad people want to be hot: People literally run. They run, Jimmy,” Schumer added.
Taking a jab at modern fitness trends, she joked, “They're riding a bike to nowhere to the Wicked soundtrack. It's pathetic!”

During her appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon', Amy Schumer also discussed her latest film 'Kinda Pregnant', a Netflix comedy premiering on February 5.
The movie follows the story of Lainy, a Brooklyn English teacher who fakes a pregnancy after feeling envious of her best friend Kate’s (Jillian Bell) journey into motherhood.
However, things spiral out of control when she unexpectedly meets her dream man, played by Will Forte, and becomes entangled in an elaborate web of deception.

Speaking with People about the film, Schumer described it as “laugh-out-loud funny and relatable,” emphasizing the societal pressures that women face.
“Our society loves to make women feel like they are failing,” she shared.
“This story shows women as human beings who are trying to make choices that are right for them and having fun together along the way,” she added.
Schumer also had high praise for her co-star Will Forte, 54, calling him “the funniest person alive.”
“Now people will see what a great romantic lead he is too,” said the actress.
