'An inspiration': Fans admire Victoria Beckham after she shares a heartfelt post before her 50th birthday

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Victoria Beckham is excited about what's to come in her future. The 'Posh Spice' star who will turn 50 on Wednesday, April 17, took a moment to reflect on her life, family, and career achievements in a heartfelt Instagram message shared on Tuesday, April 16.

“As I get ready to step into 50 (in heels, of course!), I feel so incredibly blessed to have reached this milestone,” she began in the caption, as per People.

“Blessed, but also accomplished and deeply content. Not just of where I am as a woman, but of how far my fashion and beauty brands have come. My ambition was always to empower women and make them feel like the best version of themselves. To me, that meant trusting my instinct and never compromising on my creative vision,” she added.

Victoria Beckham's 'passion has always been to dream big'

After gaining fame as a member of the girl group the 'Spice Girls', Beckham went on to launch an eponymous fashion label, Victoria by Victoria Beckham, in September 2008. In September 2019, she made her foray into beauty with her own brand Victoria Beckham Beauty.

Beckham said her career pivots have sprung from her desire to “dream big" in her birthday message. “I believe that you can be many things,” she continued, adding “A pop star, a mother, a wife, a designer… My passion has always been to dream big, then dream even bigger! Believe in yourself first — everyone else will follow.”

The mother-of-three also gave a shout-out to her husband, former soccer star David Beckham, for his continuous support throughout their 25 years of marriage as well as their four children. “And if you’re really lucky, you’ll find someone who believes in you even more than you do,” Beckham wrote.

“@DavidBeckham, I’m forever grateful for your unconditional love and support, and for our beautiful children. @BrooklynPeltzBeckham, @RomeoBeckham, @CruzBeckham, #HarperSeven, you complete me. I’m so proud, so in awe of the kind, hard-working, talented individuals you are all becoming,” she continued in her post.

Beckham ended the post by teasing about her upcoming projects. The star didn’t provide any other details but she’ll likely continue to expand her fashion and beauty brands. Earlier this month, she shared a smokey eye tutorial using one of Victoria Beckham Beauty’s most popular products and her personal “all-time favorite”, Satin Kajal Liner.
