Andrew and Tristan Tate are accused of leading a human trafficking ring

Andrew, 36, and his younger brother Tristan, 34, are accused of leading a human trafficking ring with two others as well as rape and organized crime.

They are alleged to have lured women to their £600,000 or $7,60,344 villa on the outskirts of Bucharest and several were then reportedly forced to perform in sexually explicit videos which were sold online.

The brothers, who grew up on the infamous Marsh farm estate in Luton, have denied the allegations and claimed they are being framed by corrupt officials. They were arrested in August 2022 and placed under house arrest, but were later released with the condition that they do not leave Romania.
