Angel Reese splits with boyfriend Cam'Ron Fletcher to focus on career, fans say 'LSU winning the title'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Angel Reese has finally confirmed her relationship with Cam’Ron Fletcher is over in a video posted on social media.

The LSU basketball star revealed her relationship status during an Instagram Live session, taking questions from her followers.

When asked whether she’s currently single, Reese responded, "Yeah, I'm single. I don't got no man. Don't attach me to no man. That's all I'mma say. That's it."

The rumors of their split were fueled after the former couple unfollowed each other on social media, reports TMZ.

The 21-year-old is ready to mingle but is in no rush. She is determined to put all her energy into school, and basketball, and grow through her journey.

The women's NCAA tournament kicks off on Friday, March 21, and Reese had a pretty good season thus far, averaging 19 points and 13.1 rebounds a game. She has a good chance to lift another trophy for her LSU Tigers.

Meanwhile, Fletcher who’s now representing Kentucky hurt himself in December, averages 6.7 points and 5.0 rebounds in seven games.

Reese and Fletcher were seen in public since June 2023, and the star revealed the love of her life during an appearance on the 1 Star Recruits podcast.

"Cam'Ron is my boyfriend," she said. “Long-distance relationships, they are hard, but communication is key. Me and Cam'Ron have known each other for six years so that kind of helps,” she added.

"We both play the same sport so we understand each other's schedule. I think that also helps with it too."
