LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Angelina Jolie has suffered another legal setback in her tussle with Brad Pitt over the Chateau Miravel estate.

As per reports, the LA Superior Court has ordered the ‘Salt’ star to submit every NDA that she had signed with a third party between 2014 and 2022.

Brad Pitt's team has asked the judge to unwind Anjelina Jolie's deal

The ‘Troy’ star is questioning Jolie’s right to sell their French vineyard and home. She sold her $62 million stake to Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler in 2021.

According to the actor, the deal violates their agreement to offer the other the right of first refusal.

NDAs have become a key factor after Jolie claimed she had to back out of their agreement due to Pitt’s demand to sign one as part of their business deal.

Jolie, in her argument, claimed that there has been an 'unconscionable' attempt by her ex-partner to 'control her' after their split.

Meanwhile, Pitt’s attorney has demanded the court to call off the sale since it is against the agreement to not sell the estate to a third party.

"Angelina choose to make NDAs a battleground in this case, and now her strategy appears has backfired spectacularly," a source close to Brad Pitt said.

“Her defense has been exposed as a house of cards, and she will now have to provide details of all the NDAs she demanded of third parties,” the source added.

Judge Lia Martin earlier hinted that she would go with Brad Pitt’s request

In the last hearing, Judge Lia Martin said she was "inclined to" grant Pitt’s motion. It would mean the ‘Maleficent’ actress would have to reveal all the NDAs she has entered into with various parties since 2014, according to Daily Mail

Judge Martin continued, “I don’t see this as a character question,” before adding, “There maybe agreements that [Jolie] entered into with people that may have terms similar or not. The court is not making any findings today about admissibility of the documents.”

In a 2016 infamous flight from France to America, Pitt allegedly abused Jolie in front of their children. Five days after the flight, the ‘Tomb Raider’ actress filed for divorce and sold her shares of Miraval to Stoli Group in 2021, as per MEAWW.
