Angelina Pivarnick's attorney claims the incident was a 'very minor' one

Freehold Township Police Department officers stated that they cannot discuss the details of what occurred at Pivarnick’s house due to legal exemptions for releasing information related to domestic violence cases and criminal investigations.

Meanwhile, Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr, described the incident as "very minor" and "exacerbated by an adverse reaction to prescribed over-the-counter medication."

He added, "We look forward to resolving this matter favorably and putting it behind us."

In a now-deleted Reddit post, an eyewitness claimed they saw several police cars and an ambulance at the MTV star's home in Freehold, NJ, on Sunday.

It is confirmed that Tortorella was at the residence when the incident occurred and police arrived; however, it is unclear if he was the alleged victim.

Also, no charges have been filed against Tortorella as it is unclear whether he was involved in the incident that happened on June 2.

According to TMZ, Angelina will have to respond to these charges, with a court date scheduled for July.

Meanwhile, Tortorella’s lawyer, Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder, stated that the couple remained engaged and living together. "My client and Ms. Pivarnick are still engaged and are still residing together. Mr. Tortorella denies any act of impropriety that would warrant police involvement and denies any act of domestic violence occurred,"

Rozin-Golinder said. "No charges have been pressed against my client by Ms. Pivarnick or law enforcement. I ask that his privacy be respected in this matter."

Tortorella had proposed to Pivarnick in November 2022 and got engaged in 2023.
