The news outlet reported that the incident that resulted in the arrest of Avery took place at the World Night Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, at 11:30 pm, per New York Post.
Avery has been accused of entering the club and taking away six bottles of liquor worth $500. According to the club owner, Avery was accompanied by two 17-year-old boys.
The group allegedly trespassed into the property through the back door and drank the liquor by hiding behind the door.
The 'Agent Cody Banks' actress has a daughter with her NFL star ex-husband Jason Sehorn. Harmon also has two daughters, Finley, 20, and Emery, 15, with Sehorn.

Angie Harmon lost her beloved dog
This incident, however, isn't the family's first encounter with legal matters. Last month, Harmon filed a lawsuit in a North Carolina court against an Instacart driver for negligence/gross negligence, trespass, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of harm to her dog.
Requesting monetary damages, the ‘Law & Order’ actress claimed her dog Oliver was shot during the Easter weekend as the man came to deliver an order to her home.
During that time, she wrote, “He got out of his car, delivered the food & THEN shot our dog,” before adding, “Our ring camera was charging in the house, which he saw & then knew he wasn’t being recorded.”
She asserted that the police released the driver, citing self-defense as the reason. However, she alleged, “He did not have a scratch or bite on him nor were his pants torn,” before adding, “He was shopping under a woman’s identity named Merle… the pic is on my story.”
Harmon also shared a screenshot of the delivery confirmation which featured a photo of a woman.
