Angus Cloud's ex-manager files lawsuit against late actor's estate demanding $95K in unpaid commissions
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The ex-manager of Angus Cloud has filed a lawsuit against the estate of his late employer, demanding a hefty amount of $94,770, claiming it to be his unpaid commission.
As per RadarOnline.com which cited the documents filed in court by Diomi Cordero, the ‘Euphoria’ actor had promised his manager to pay a 10% commission of the money he’d get from different deals.
Angus Cloud allegedly broke his deal with Diomi Cordero
A year before his death, Cloud allegedly began to unfollow their agreement.
The former manager in his papers noted that he “has a record of [Angus] making numerous commission payments to him until he ceased making such payments with no basis.”
The plaintiff stated that he “engaged in bona fide settlement negotiations with [Angus’] legal representative, and a formal Settlement Agreement was circulated but not agreed to nor executed.”

According to Cordero’s suit, the late star owed him $17,500 in commission from a 2022 Ralph Lauren fragrances work and $13,500 from a Rayban event.
Cloud also did not give him $15,000 as part of his commission from Season 2 of ‘Euphoria.’
Cordero’s other alleged non-payment of money by Cloud included $15,000 for his work with Atelier Luxury Group and $10,000 over an online post for Reebok.
Angus Cloud died in July 2023
The ‘North Hollywood’ actor lost his life on July 31, 2023. It was later revealed that he died due to an accidental overdose.
His mother Lisa said, as per NBC News, “It was predominantly the central nervous system depressants. It started to slow his heart and slow his breathing.”
She added, “He got tired from lack of oxygen. Everything just slowed down, and eventually his heart stopped and he went to sleep. But he didn’t kill himself.”
Angus Cloud did not overcome his father’s death
Lisa also mentioned Cloud’s father died two months before his death, which the late actor could not take properly.

“There were deep troubles. He was not functioning, and it was clear he was grief-stricken. And if you are somebody who turns to drugs, that would be the logical thing to do, and that’s what he did,” she shared.
The mother asserted, “His dad’s death isn’t responsible for his, but he clearly couldn’t cope.”
