WASHINGTON, DC: Political commentator Ann Coulter has finally joined President Donald Trump's team after years of criticizing him as she answered calls from the public about her views on the current administration, per The Gateway Pundit.

In March 2025, Coulter seemed to disagree with the Trump administration's plans to deport green card holders for participating in pro-Palestinian protests, according to the Daily Beast.

During a recent interview with C-Span, Coulter was asked by the host her initial thoughts on the current administration.

She described it as the "most wonderful 100 days in US history", and added that she "can’t believe how great Trump is".

"You know, I campaigned with Trump when he was running in 2016. He did ask for a copy of my book, 'Adios America'. A lot of the immigration stuff came from that. Huge fan. I was ecstatic the night he won," she explained.

Coulter continued, "Then he hired Jared Kushner and Gary Cohn and turned the keys of the kingdom over to Wall Street. And it was basically, you know, Jeb Bush. So I gently encouraged him to go back to the great stuff he had campaigned on."

She added that she showed up in the Oval Office, and the yelling and cursing were so loud in the Oval Office about three months into his first term, and "just yelled at him".

"I wasn’t the first one to use the F-word, but oh boy did that fly. Because he wasn’t keeping his promises on trade, on anchor babies, and especially the wall, the wall, the wall," Coulter said.

Meanwhile, she added, "So term two, I’m getting everything I voted for. I mean even more. I can’t believe it. Every day, it’s things I didn’t even think of. Yes, the water pressure, the showers, the toilets, the going after the universities, the anchor baby executive order, which I understand as of yesterday, will be going before the Supreme Court. I’m very happy about that."

Interestingly, Trump had earlier described Coulter as a "wacky nut job" and defended his record securing the border during his first term in office, per the outlet.

Ann Coulter supports Trump's decision to deport criminals

In early April, Ann Coulter took to X (formerly Twitter) and praised Donald Trump's decision to send violent American offenders to El Salvador prisons, the Daily Mail reported.

She shared an article where Trump was considering deporting American citizens who are violent criminals to an El Salvador prison and wrote, "Trump 2 is AWESOME!"

Interestingly, Coulter was the first mainstream pundit to predict that Trump would win in 2016 in her 2015 book 'Adios, America', and was credited with heavily influencing his policymaking on immigration, per the outlet.

However, their relationship soured after the author accused the POTUS of breaking promises surrounding the southern border.

Internet roasts Ann Coulter for flip-flopping

Many internet users ripped Ann Coulter as she joined Trump's team after years of criticizing him, as she answered calls from the public about her views on the current administration.

A user wrote on X, "Hahaha...she's terrified" while one added, "I can’t even stand to listen to her any more. I used to be a big fan…….I even have some of her books. I hope MAGA doesn’t let her back in like they did the grifter Megyn Kelly."

A person also stated, "Eh, she's weak. Flips in the slightest breeze" whereas one mentioned, "Don’t worry she’ll flip again just for the grift of it."

A user also wrote, "Don't trust her one iota" while one commented, "Ann Coulter spends most her time trying to convince the public that Trump is amazing because of all her plans and policies. She narcissistically thinks she is the reason."

A person also stated, "But will she flip again? Sorry… zero trust for Ann."
