NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Anne Hathaway and her son Jack, escaped a courtside crash with NBA star Ogugua "OG" Anunoby Jr on Wednesday, November 13.

The New York Knicks star was trying to grab a loose ball during a game against the Chicago Bulls at Madison Square Garden and almost landed on the actress.

Anne Hathaway jokingly calls her NBA close crash 'bucket-list moment'

Fortunately, no one got hurt in the mishap, as Anne Hathaway laughed off the incident, and has reacted to the incident over her Instagram post.

"🏀🧡 Bucket-list moment 💙🗽," she captioned her video post, in which she thanked the basketball star.

"Almost got crashed into last night, I always wanted that to happen!" Hathaway said in the clip, before adding, "Thanks OG!"

During the game, one of the announcers chimed, “Anunoby’s scaring those along the sidelines,” joined by the other commentator, “The lil’ kid was mesmerized. He couldn’t move,” per Daily Mail.

The mother-son duo were back in the limelight during time out, in which Hathaway can be seen comforting her son, “He’s not happy about the popcorn being spilled, that’s for sure. There’s always more popcorn, young man,” the announcer joked again.
