Ariana Grande slams hackers who leaked her unreleased song

In the interview, the 30-year-old singer addressed the leaking of her unreleased song on TikTok and shared her frustration at the unauthorized circulation of studio materials.

"Before I left for Wicked, the few studio sessions I did, which are all — all — over TikTok, thank you so much. I'll see you in jail, literally," said Grande.

The singer disclosed that the unreleased tracks were not written for her but for an unnamed TV show, according to People.

"So 'Fantasize' comes out — 'comes out' — crazy, was stolen. Comes out? Thieves, pirates, crooks, illegal. I'll pay you more to put it away, to get it back," she said with a laugh.

She further shared that the original version of the song was "a parody of a '90s girl group vibe."

"But [the fans] loved it, and I was like, 'a) all of you are absolute hypocrites, and b) that's crazy! It's so corny!' But it's okay. I took the note, and I kind of gave them Ariana's version of that on the album. I would say that exists," said Grande.

"So, some of those seedling ideas from that time actually made their way onto the album, which is really exciting, but they're completely different now," she added.

She then noted that hackers "stole them again" and people had already heard them.

"They're very different now — so that's exciting, too," she told said of the music.

Ariana Grande's new album to release soon

Announcing the seventh studio album 'Eternal Sunshine' in January, Grande revealed that the album will be released on March 8, 2024.

She made the announcement just days after she shared the house music-inspired lead single 'Yes, And?' from 'Eternal Sunshine'.

Alongside her single, the singer also shared a music video directed by Christian Breslauer.

The project showed Grande's journey through the whimsical and often surreal landscape of the music industry.

Despite the setbacks caused by the unauthorized circulation of contents and leaks, Grande continues to delivery quality music to her fans who are eagerly anticipating the release of her upcoming album.

In January, she shared the official remix of the track 'Yes, And?' featuring Mariah Carey.
