'Back to basics': Pamela Anderson continues to embrace make-up-free look, says she prefers a 'bare face'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pamela Anderson has zero regrets about going make-up-free. The ‘Baywatch’ star, in her weekly journal, shared how turning ‘back to basics’ has its own benefits.
"My beauty 'routine' is pretty simple these days," she began. Pamela revealed that she has lost all interest in "hovering over the sink with multiple steps" and in fact "weeded out" products which she considers "too complicated."

Spilling the beans on how she goes about with her routine, Anderson said, "I plant things where I'll see them and [apply them] … A rose hydration spray in the fridge that I use
every time I open it … A lip balm in my bag that I apply all day long especially in the winter …"
She also keeps some ‘homemade’ formulas such as a rose hip facial oil that “sits on my vanity for before makeup or just 'as my makeup' these days.”
Touching upon her menopause journey, Pamela shared that her doctor has told her she’s "not a good candidate for any hormone treatments, due to my family health history."

Pamela mentioned in her journal that her mother was quite accurate and that she’d enjoy less makeup as she got older. However, it doesn’t mean she doesn’t like to put on a glam look once in a while.
"I still love a big makeup look when I feel like it – there lays the empowerment… it's on my terms with a lot of makeup and filters… we might lose sight of how we look in person… and not just in our iPhone photographs. I prefer a bare face these days — back to basics," she wrote.
