Bella Hadid confirms relationship with equestrian Adam Banuelos with throwback birthday photos

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bella Hadid and her new partner, equestrian Adan Banuelos, are commemorating significant occasions together.

Hadid, 27, shared a carousel of pictures from her birthday celebration in October 2023 on social media on Friday, February 16. In one of the photos, the 34-year-old Banuelos and the model posed side by side with their backs to the camera.

Hadid was initially linked to the famed cowboy and horse trainer in October 2023, when TMZ released pictures of the couple kissing in Fort Worth, Texas.

The 27-year-old supermodel shared several old pictures from her birthday celebration in October 2023 on social media on Friday.

In one of the pictures, Banuelos is seen standing next to the stunning brunette while she receives a vibrant two-tier birthday cake.

The horse trainer can be seen standing next to the model, taking hold of one of her hands and putting his other arm around her back, even though they are both turning their backs on the camera.

Hadid also shared a short clip of the couple enjoying a meal at a table together, where the model gives Banuelos a tender glance before leaning in to kiss him.

Banuelos went all out cowboy with jeans, a button-up shirt, and a western belt, while Hadid went for an off-the-shoulder jean blouse and black leggings. The couple matched in black cowboy hats and both chose to wear denim accents.

She wrote, "October 9, 2023," as the carousel's caption. "My 27th Birthday🎈🫶🏼."

The supermodel initially posted a picture with her new partner for Valentine's Day. She posted a picture of Banuelos on a horse with Hadid standing beside him at the gates. "My Valentine💌💋," she said in the Instagram Story's caption, as per PEOPLE Magazine.

Hadid can be seen sporting a fitting black t-shirt, a green baseball cap, light brown cowboy boots, and dark wash bootcut jeans in the Instagram Story.

Banuelos accentuated his look with a black and white trucker hat, light-wash denim button-down shirt, and light-wash pants.

Adan Banuelos is an award-winning horserider

Adan Banuelos is a Mexican-American cowboy and horserider. His father, Ascencion Banuelos, was the first Mexican-American elected into the National Cutting Horse Association Hall of Fame. He is a resident of Forth Worth, Texas.

Banuelos is a well-known figure in the horse-riding community. He became one of the youngest entrants into the National Cutting Horse Association Rider Hall of Fame in 2017 and won the NCHA Futurity Open Championship in 2020, according to Harper's Bazaar.

Currently, he focuses on training and exhibiting trimming horses in addition to his accomplishments as a performance horseman. He instructs riders as well.

It is not clear how Banuelos met Hadid but the supermodel is known to adore horses. Growing up, she rode competitively until recently, when her Lyme disease caused her to take a break.

Banuelos and Hadid may be in the same competitive horse-riding circles, although Hadid has her own megastar existence as a result of her modeling profession.

Banuelos has been a longstanding supporter of Hadid from the sidelines while she rides horses. In an Instagram video earlier this month, he applauded the model and her horse, Metallic Tito, for qualifying for the competition.

"Congratulations to Bella and #MetallicTito on their first major aged event finals at their first aged event together!" shared a video of Hadid's competition with his Instagram followers on February 4, writing, "#DreamTeam."

Hadid has only had a romantic relationship with Banuelos since she parted ways with Marc Kalman. Hadid and the 35-year-old Kalman began dating in July 2020 and broke up three years later.
