In a clip from the interview shared on social media, Hudson, who was off camera, could be heard saying, "We're not talking about this." Dokoupil turned in her direction, and Hudson, with a visibly unimpressed expression, simply replied, "No."

In a voiceover, Dokoupil explained that their relationship is a topic neither is comfortable discussing, adding that the 24-year-old was a “constant presence” during the interview.

Reacting to the moment, many netizens called it one of the most “awkward” interviews they’d seen as they questioned Hudson’s behavior.
