Bobbi Althoff says she will ‘always love’ and be friends with her estranged husband Cory after he files for divorce

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bobbi Althoff, the podcaster and influencer, has broken her silence on her divorce from Cory Althoff.

The 26-year-old shared a heartfelt statement on Instagram, expressing her gratitude and love for ex-husband.

Cory, who shares daughters Isla, 19 months, and Luca, three, with Bobbi, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their breakup. 

Bobbi said that she was sad but thankful for the time they spent as a married couple. The estranged couple got engaged in 2019 and tied the knot in January 2020.

"As sad as I am right now, I am so thankful for the time I got to be his wife. Our girls are so lucky to have him as a father & I am so lucky to be able to co-parent with such an incredible father and person", she posted on Instagram on February 7. 

“While our relationship did not work out as husband and wife, we will always be friends and I will always love him,” she wrote.

Cory filed for divorce on January 31, 2024, and listed their date of separation as July 4, 2023, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

Cory asked for joint custody of their children and no spousal support for either party.

The former couple got engaged in 2019 and tied the knot in January 2020. They welcomed Luca in December 2019 and Isla in June 2022.

In April 2023, she shocked fans after she revealed some details about their relationship in a TikTok video.

“Today I thought it would be a fun idea to talk about our marriage,” she said in the video. “My husband sleeps downstairs and I sleep upstairs where the children sleep and I take care of them all night long so I’m generally tired so he does all the cleaning," she added, People reports. 

Bobbi gained fame as an influencer who shared content about being a young mother. She also launched 'The Really Good Podcast' in 2023, where she interviewed celebrities and other personalities.

Bobbi Althoff sparked rumors of a fling with Drake in August 2023

One of Bobbi’s most viral interviews was with rapper Drake in August 2023.

The interview took place in a bed, where Bobbi and Drake flirted and joked with each other, according to InTouch Daily.

Bobbi then attended Drake’s concert a few days later, fueling speculation that they had a romantic connection.

However, things seemed to sour between them as Bobbi deleted most of the podcast clips from her social media accounts, the outlet noted.

 She and Drake also unfollowed each other on Instagram. Bobbi never confirmed or denied any rumors about her relationship with Drake, 37, but fans have been curious about what happened, the report mentioned.

Her divorce from Cory added more intrigue to the situation as it suggested that they had been separated before she even reached out to Drake.
