After a brief conversation with the singer, Jimmy Fallon displayed a picture of Post Malone and Paisley.

He then inquired about the possibility of the 28-year-old rapper featuring on Paisley's new album.

In response, Paisley said, “Well, we’ll see. I mean, he – As you can tell, I have no say in that photo,” and added, “I’m absolutely -” at which point Fallon humorously interjected, "You’re along for the ride."

The singer added, "I'm a hostage. Along for the ride is how it is with him. Yeah, and we'll see what happens."

Brad Paisley confirmed that he had spent time with Malone, stating, "We were out a couple – I worked with him a couple of nights. To give you an idea of how he rolls – And you know,” he said, pointing to Fallon. "You’ve done this, too." When Fallon responded, "I did it once," Paisley replied, "Yeah. I know."

The singer added, "I'm hoping whatever we do in the future, we have to have some set rules."

Brad then recalled a moment saying, "Literally, he called me at -- Well, I was there all night one night. And the other night, I went home a little earlier, and he calls me at 11 am and says, 'Hey, if you can fix that one guitar part in the studio today. I'm going to bed.' And it was 11 am."

"You can't roll with him," the singer added. "He's amazing. I love him. He's the greatest guy. And he loves country music. And we'll see if we do something. You never know."

Brad Paisley opened up to Fallon about the romantic song he wrote for his wife of 20 years, Kimberly Williams-Paisley.

Fallon revealed on the show that the ‘Father of the Bride’ star had requested her husband to compose a song for their wedding.

"I had already had a top-five song on the song that made her fall in love with me, which was called 'Little Moments,'" said Brad. "It was a hit, and I was like - And somehow, that wasn't enough."

He went on, "But be careful. You write a song for the wrong woman, and it's -- You're married to the wrong one. But, luckily, I wrote, you know, something that worked. But, no, she wanted something on the wedding."

The singer turned around and remarked, "There’s miraculously a guitar right here," before he started to perform the romantic song he had composed for his wife.

He began to strum and sing, "She's not into flowers Or getting big, expensive gifts. She says she don't want jewelry. And she doesn't need another dress. If I want to show her how much I adore her. The best way that I've found/Is to make sure when I'm finished, I put that toilet seat down ."
