Brad Pitt 'hyper-committed' to sobriety as adopting girlfriend Ines de Ramon's healthy lifestyle reduced his anxiety
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Brad Pitt is reportedly experiencing a positive transformation in his lifestyle, and insiders credit his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, for being a driving force behind his commitment to sobriety and overall well-being.
Pitt, 60, has been openly dedicated to maintaining his sobriety, a journey he embarked on in 2016.
Brad Pitt commits to sobriety with Ines de Ramon's positive influence
"Brad and Ines have a Zen room with aromatherapy diffusers and sound bowls," an insider spilled to a magazine. "Sometimes there’s an instructor but sometimes it’s just the two of them."
“The mind-centering practice has helped decrease his anxiety,” explained the source. “He’s hyper-committed to his sobriety and knows if he falls off the wagon, the implications could extend to his family and the producing business he’s spent 20 years building.”
Ines de Ramon, who is a jewelry designer and not part of the Hollywood scene, is reportedly unlike any of Pitt's previous partners. Her influence is characterized by a focus on a healthy and balanced lifestyle, creating a positive impact on Pitt's overall well-being.
Previously, the Oscar winner explained that he got sober in 2016, the same year ex-wife Angelina Jolie accused him of verbally and physically assaulting their children - allegations he has denied.
"Personally, I can’t remember a day since I got out of college when I wasn’t boozing or had a spliff, or something. Something," he confessed in 2017. "And you realize that a lot of it is, cigarettes, you know, pacifiers. And I’m running from feelings. I’m really, really happy to be done with all of that."
Brad Pitt's 'awkward' moment with Angelina Jolie's family
Brad Pitt found himself in an awkward situation as he crossed paths with his former wife Angelina Jolie's father and brother at a gallery opening in Beverly Hills. The encounter took place during the opening of an exhibition by Bennett Miller, the director of Pitt's film 'Moneyball,' at the Gagosian Gallery.
The upscale event brought together various notable figures, including Jon Voight (Angelina Jolie's father) and James Haven (Angelina Jolie's brother). Witnesses at the gathering observed the tension in the air as Pitt coincidentally found himself in the same space as his former in-laws.
Although the venue wasn't spacious, insiders reported that Pitt and Jolie's family acknowledged each other.
One of the tipsters shared, “Plenty of people noticed how awkward it was that Brad was in the same room as [Angelina’s] family, and it’s not a big space.”
They continued, “They were mostly stood apart for the duration of the event, speaking with friends.”
