However, an insider has revealed that Pitt intends to proceed cautiously in considering a potential union with Ramon. He is known to have learned from his acrimonious asset-sharing litigation with ex-wife Jolie and insists that she must sign a prenuptial agreement to protect his fortune.
Speaking of Pitt and Ramon's latest romance, a source told the National Enquirer, "Brad is head-over-heels in love with Ines and wants to marry her," per Radar Online.
However, following seven agonizing years of intense conflict with Jolie over every aspect of their shared life, including a $350 million dispute over his cherished French vineyard, Chateau Miraval, Pitt "he isn't taking any chances this time."
"Brad is going to insist that Ines sign a rock-solid prenup to protect as much as $650 million in his assets and future holdings," the source added.

The source claimed that during the past 18 months of their relationship, Ramon has been supportive of Pitt while he continues to battle Jolie in court.

According to reports, Ramon is also okay with the actor's desire to impose a prenuptial agreement, which is supported by Pitt's "business team," who would not "let him tie the knot again without taking some precautions."
