In her update on X, Glanville wrote, “I have painful lumps. One in my jawbone area, one on the side of my neck, and one on the back of my neck."
She also revealed that she experiences chills and “a constant oily, foul-tasting drainage” from her face into her mouth, which she claims is “acidic” and has been “eating away” at her teeth.
Despite these troubling symptoms, she said doctors at Kaiser Permanente insist she is fine.
Glanville has repeatedly expressed frustration over the lack of medical answers.
On March 6, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum admitted that she has been struggling emotionally and physically.
“I've been faking it. I'm f*****g miserable,” she confessed.

"My best friend has been in the ICU for two weeks and isn’t getting better. My face is worse than ever. It’s literally melted away,” she added.
Glanville previously found temporary relief through IV antibiotics and antifungal medications at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
However, financial constraints forced her to discontinue the treatment.
“I couldn’t afford to stay on them,” she admitted, adding, “I was forced to see doctors outside my insurance because the doctors at Kaiser had no clue.”
Brandi Glanville is seeking help from Dr Terry Dubrow

In her search for answers, Glanville turned to celebrity plastic surgeon Dr Terry Dubrow, known for his work on the TV show Botched.
She recently underwent neck and face biopsies, which confirmed that she does not have cancer.
However, full test results are still pending and could take up to six weeks.
Dubrow commended Glanville’s resilience and assured her that he is committed to identifying the source of her suffering.
Brandi Glanville on costly battle with no end in sight
Brandi Glanville has already spent over $70,000 in an attempt to diagnose and treat her condition.
Despite undergoing numerous treatments, she says they have only provided temporary relief.

“I’ve been on meds this whole year. I don’t socialize. I don’t go out, and I’m just spending all of my money trying to figure out what’s wrong with me,” she lamented.
Glanville described the bizarre sensation of seeing and feeling an unidentified “parasite” move inside her face, according to People.
She said it resembles “tiny bubbles bursting” and added, “I feel like it’s s******g or having babies in my face.”
After visiting countless doctors without a definitive diagnosis, Glanville is losing hope.
“I’m not getting my hopes up anymore,” she said.
