Brilyn Hollyhand says Texas voters put RINOs on notice as Gen Z demands results from Republicans
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Young conservative activist Brilyn Hollyhand said Texas voters have sent a clear message to the Republican Party establishment, arguing that younger conservatives are increasingly frustrated with what they see as empty promises from GOP lawmakers.
Speaking during an appearance on Newsmax, Hollyhand said the results from recent political developments in Texas show that so-called 'RINOs' - Republicans In Name Only are losing ground among the party’s grassroots base, particularly Gen Z voters.
Texas voters made it CLEAR that RINOs are now an endangered species.

Brilyn Hollyhand claims 'RINOs are now an endangered species'
Hollyhand argued that younger conservatives want tangible policy outcomes rather than traditional campaign rhetoric.
According to him, the shift is especially visible among Generation Z voters who are becoming more politically active.
“I think the Texas voters made this clear as well last night,” Hollyhand said during the interview, referring to Democrat James Talarico winning the Senate primary in Texas. “RINOs are now an endangered species.”
He added that many young voters on the right feel disillusioned with politicians who campaign on conservative platforms but fail to follow through once they are elected to office.
“Gen Z is waking up,” Hollyhand said. “We're tired of the empty promises. We're tired of the Republicans that say one thing and go in office and do the other.”
Hollyhand continued by criticizing what he described as establishment figures within the Republican Party and lawmakers who align with traditional party leadership.
“We're tired of the warmongers. We're tired of the establishment,” he said. “We're tired of Republicans that have an R beside their name that read the same talking points that the left does.”
According to him, frustration within the younger conservative base has reached a point where voters are demanding measurable change rather than political messaging.
“We are fed up with that,” Hollyhand said. “And we demand results. We demand change.”
Gen Z influence growing in GOP politics
Hollyhand also suggested that the Republican Party could risk losing younger voters if it fails to respond to their concerns.
“If Gen Z is going to vote for the Republican Party, we want something different,” he said, stressing that younger conservatives expect the party to adopt stronger positions and deliver on campaign promises.
Hollyhand’s remarks on Newsmax highlight the growing pressure from the party’s grassroots base for Republican leaders to demonstrate clearer ideological commitment and deliver policy outcomes that resonate with younger conservatives.
