Asghari and Spears have reportedly been talking about their divorce settlement, a source told TMZ. According to an insider, Asghari will reportedly receive a low six-figure payment from the pop star to wrap up the situation.
The couple had initially delegated the handling of their situation to their respective lawyers, but reports suggest that their relationship hasn't improved.
However, Asghari continues to reside in a luxurious Los Angeles Highrise, with Spears covering the $10,000 per month rent, as reported by RadarOnline.
Asghari, who tied the knot with Spears in June 2022, filed for divorce in August 2023.

Sources also claimed that Spears reportedly made Asghari sign a legally binding prenuptial agreement before walking down the aisle.
The prenup had a provision that stated Asghari would not be paid spousal support in the event of a breakup, as per RadarOnline.
However, as a part of the agreement, Asghari was allowed to keep any cars he owned and any gifts he had received during their seven-year romance.
Asghari still hasn't provided Spears with the necessary legal documents, as initially disclosed.
Asghari was reprimanded by the presiding judge and warned to expedite his case promptly, emphasizing that a failure to do so could result in the dismissal of the entire case.
The judge instructed Asghari to promptly serve Spears last month. However, Asghari did not attend the scheduled hearing in early November.
The court minutes state, “Petitioner failed to appear. Matter is placed off the calendar,” as per the outlet.
