Britney Spears possibly dipping toe back into dating pool

According to Radar Online, Britney Spears may be taking a tentative step back into the dating scene following her split from her former husband Sam Agshari.

The bikini-clad pop star's video with Mallin comes after Asghari filed for a divorce after 14 months of marriage. The pop diva was beaming as she smoked a cigarette and had fun with her new puppy, Snow.

Mallin sported a backward baseball cap, dark shades, and black swim trunks. Although there was no sound in the footage, Spears and Mallin appeared to be having a great time.

The singer restricted the comments, but it did not deter followers from asking whether the two were developing a romantic relationship on other social media sites.

Benjamin Mallin works for Cade Hudson's company, Hudson MG

Benjamin Mallin works as chief of staff for Cade Hudson's company, Hudson MG, as per Page Six. Hudson is a longtime friend and former agent of the songstress.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Mallin founded a startup named Nillam Logistics in 2020 after working as an analyst at Hollywood power agency CAA.

He sold the business in 2023, and it is described as "a concierge courier specializing in the logistics and delivery of medical samples, equipment, and products."

Thirty-six-year-old Hudson, a close friend of Spears, also worked at CAA before starting his own business in 2022 and appointing Mallin as head of staff.

The agent is believed to be among the select few in the 'Criminal' singer's inner circle who supported ending her 13-year conservatorship under her father Jamie Spears.

At the height of the #FreeBritney movement, Hudson stated on Instagram in July 2021 via TMZ, "This is a violation of someone’s basic human rights that were taken away."

Britney Spears was in 'mountain of debts' amid severe financial crisis

Following the official termination of her conservatorship in November 2021, Spears married Sam Asghari — with whom she later parted ways.

The fitness expert informed Page Six at the time that he had undergone a "spiritual" and "energy" shift after divorcing the former star of the 'Mickey Mouse Club' in August.

After being freed from her father's strict conservatorship, Spears is now fully in charge of her finances, however, an insider claimed that this has led to a lot of expensive purchases.

According to the insider, "Britney was warned a few months ago that she was running into the red, but she didn’t change anything and kept on blowing her cash and now it’s happened. She’s got a mountain of debts and no money coming in," as per OK! Magazine.

According to the insider, the pop diva has already spent the $12 million advance on her memoir 'The Woman in Me'. Though the book reached the esteemed New York Times Best Seller list, it was said that net profits "won’t be enough to cover the deficit."

In his August 2023 application, Asghari listed July 28 as the date of separation and cited irreconcilable differences as the grounds for terminating the marriage.

Since her first book was completed before Asghari submitted a divorce petition in August, Spears plans to divulge specifics about their split in the follow-up memoir.

As one source put it, "Britney’s not looking to go after Sam. She just wants [to talk about] why the relationship broke down." However, Spears described Asghari as a "gift from god" in her controversial memoir, as per Radar Online.
