Emma stated that she still has faith in her family's capacity to "find joy" on a daily basis, even after her husband's diagnosis that could change his life, as reported by RadarOnline.

In Maria Shriver's Sunday Paper, she wrote, "And I have hope in how our entire family can find joy in the small things, and in coming together to celebrate all the moments life has to offer."

Bruce and his family are savoring every moment

Bruce and his family are savoring every moment as the holidays approach. Along with his ex-wife Demi Moore, Bruce has three adult daughters, Rumer, 35, Scout, 32, and Tallulah, 29.

Emma and the actor share two daughters, Mabel, 11, and Evelyn, 9. Demi and Emma teamed up after Bruce's diagnosis to make sure his entire family—a blended family—is there for him.

An insider told the National Enquirer, "It's all about making Bruce as happy and comfortable as they can right now."

"They've been cooking his favorite dishes, reading to him or just sitting quietly. Everyone just wants to spend as much quality time with him and make sure he knows how deeply loved and appreciated he is," added the source.

The close-knit family has reportedly suffered as a result of Bruce's degenerative neurological disease, which has advanced to the point where the actor fails to recognize some people, including Demi.

"They're all sad for Bruce. They don't know how long he's got, so they're treating every day like it's his last," noted the insider.
