Bunnie Xo’s ex-husband opens up about ‘adventurous’ marriage with podcaster amid Jelly Roll divorce

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amid the ongoing divorce between Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll, the podcaster’s ex-husband has dished out some details about his marriage to her.

Francisco Lombardo has claimed in a recent interview with the Daily Mail that “Bunnie was the only girl that broke my heart”. Before marrying the country star, Bunnie was married to Lombardo, whom she reportedly met via MySpace in 2009.

At the time, the media producer was married to her first husband, Christopher Gilbert. But she divorced him later in the same year.

Lombardo was the one who served Gilbert divorce papers. Recalling the moment, he said, “It was really f*****g weird, man. He's just a normal dude, kind of a weird dude. And they have a little bit of a checkered past, I guess, but I was glad to serve the guy papers. I'll never forget that.”

In February 2010, Bunnie and Lombardo said “I do” in Hawaii. As per Lombardo, their marriage was “very adventurous”.

“It was good. I really loved her, and I think that we were definitely extremely close. We're f*****g best friends... She was a good wife,” he claimed.

But Lombardo also noted that he had issues with Bunnie’s “sugar daddies,” who would send her money. She never saw them. They lived out of state.

“I was super jealous. I wanted her all to myself. There was definitely some arguing and stuff that took place,” he stated. But the real issue began in their marriage when Lombardo’s parents and siblings moved in.

His parents had lost their house after being indicted on fraud charges and were also awarded a year of probation.

“[It] totally destroyed our relationship, and I think ultimately that had a very big influence on the way things were handled,” Lombardo revealed to the Daily Mail.

And eventually, in February 2014, the former pair filed a joint divorce petition.

Lombardo has asserted that the split was not easy for him since he “really wanted a baby with her. She wanted to have a baby. I know she had issues in the past of ectopic pregnancies and things like that.”

Bunnie, herself, has opened up about her fertility issues on her ‘Dumb Blonde’ podcast.

“It was so hard on me that for the past year and a half, I became a shell of the person I was because I'm doing these IVF journeys. I'm fighting hard just to be able to produce enough eggs to make a baby with my husband, especially at my age,” she added.

Meanwhile, as Bunnie and Jelly are now going their separate ways, Lombardo has a piece of advice for her.

“I was like, ‘Just do me a favor. Don't get f*****g married.’ It'd be the fourth time. It makes no sense,” he added.
