LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Cameron Mathison revealed that his home was destroyed by the Palisades fire which is currently raging through the Los Angeles neighborhood.

The 55-year-old 'All My Children' alum shared a video on Instagram on Wednesday, January 8, showing the aftermath of the blaze that left his home in ruins.

Cameron Mathison says 'this is what’s left of our beautiful home'

In the video, Cameron Mathison walks along a path outside of what remained of his home, with orange skies and billowing smoke visible in the background.

The charred structure of the house was still partially burning while larger flames were visible in the distance.

“We are safe. But this is what’s left of our beautiful home,” Mathison wrote alongside the video.

“Our home where our kids were raised and where they wanted to raise their own someday,” Mathison added.

The actor shares two children, daughter Lelia, 18, and son Lucas, 21, with his ex-wife Vanessa, as per People.

He expressed gratitude to those assisting residents as they fled.

"Grateful for all the heroes," Mathison wrote in one of the stories. He added in another story, “Thankyou fo all the love and concern. We have been evacuated and are safe. Prayers that everyone can say the same.”

He also wrote, “Sending so much love and so many prayers for everyone affected.”

Several celebrities and fans expressed sympathy and support for Cameron Mathison.

Actress Candace Cameron Bure wrote in Instagram comments, “Love you ❤️🙏🏻. We are here for you.”

New York-based wellness expert Kira Stokes Fit added, “I am so sorry Cameron. Heart breaking. Sending you strength and love.”

“Oh Cameron, I have been thinking of you. I am so sorry to hear this and see this,” wrote another.
