LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Cardi B has revealed the name of her youngest son, Grey Marsean Diggs, whom she shares with NFL player Stefon Diggs, in a heartfelt first birthday tribute.

The revelation came on Wednesday, November 4, alongside photographs from his Grey's Anatomy-themed first birthday celebration.

Sharing several pictures from her son's first birthday celebration, Cardi B revealed his full name and reflected on the strength he gave her during an uncertain period in her life.

"Happy 1st birthday to Grey Marsean Diggs!! It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever," she wrote.

"I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength."

The rapper continued by describing how her youngest child brought a new meaning to her life.

"I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like," she wrote. "You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit."

A representative for the musician confirmed to PEOPLE in November 2025 that she had welcomed her baby boy, saying at the time that "Cardi is healthy and happy."

She also announced her son's arrival on Instagram through a video in which she lip-synced to "Hello," a track from her sophomore studio album, 'Am I the Drama?'

In the accompanying caption, she reflected on entering a new chapter of her life, describing the experience of starting over and welcoming another child.

"My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons," she wrote. "My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it!"

She also spoke about releasing new music and welcoming her baby, describing both as reasons to become the best version of herself.

"I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve."

The rapper also described her next chapter as "Me vs Me," explaining that she was preparing for her tour while focusing on her physical and mental well-being.

"It's me against all odds me against everything meant to get in my way," she wrote, adding that she had learned, healed and grown to love the woman she had become. She also expressed her determination to deliver a "performance of a life time" for her fans.

Grey's arrival made Cardi a mother of four. She previously welcomed daughters Kulture Kiari, 8, and Blossom Belle, 2, and son Wave Set, 5, with her estranged husband, Offset.

During a September interview with Entertainment Tonight, Cardi discussed her million-dollar net worth and explained why she continued to expand her business interests beyond music.

She said she wanted to leave something for her four children that they could have after she was gone.

"I was panicking. It’s like, yo, I leave this earth and my kids [are] going to have just music royalties that they’re most [likely] going to have to be arguing people about it," she said.

She added that although they would inherit properties and liquid assets, she wanted to establish something specifically for them.

"This is, God forbid, something happened to me; this is theirs," she said about her haircare line, Grow Good.
