Channing Tatum denies secretly running Instagram 'burner' account targeting ex Zoe Kravitz
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Channing Tatum is setting the record straight amid speculation that he secretly owns an Instagram account accused of leaving shady comments on his ex-fiancee Zoe Kravitz’s account.
The 'Step Up' star denied being behind the unnamed account and questioned why he would follow a burner account if he wanted to remain anonymous.

Tatum addressed the rumors in a statement shared to his Instagram Stories on September 21. “Yo i truly can't believe yall think this is what l'm doing with my free time,” Tatum wrote while adding, “hilarious.”
He also pointed out what he described as a flaw in the online theories surrounding the account. Many theories claimed the mysterious Instagram account was only followed by Tatum’s verified profile. “Also why would I follow a burner account if I didn't want people to connect me to it? Come on,” he continued.
Tatum closed his message by making clear that he has only one Instagram account and directed fans to his verified profile if they want to hear directly from him. He added, “If I really need to say it, l only have one IG account."
The account, @bidness_nonya, now appears to be inactive. It had commented on posts and rumors involving Kravitz and Harry Styles, including a recent PDA post featuring the couple. One comment allegedly read, “Just here for the hate.”
Channing Tatum and Zoe Kravitz’s relationship before their 2024 split
Tatum and Kravitz first began dating in 2021 after meeting while working together on Kravitz’s feature directorial debut, 'Blink Twice.' The couple got engaged in 2023 before calling off their engagement and splitting in October 2024 after three years together.
A PEOPLE source later described the split as “amicable” and said the stars were no longer at the same stage in life. Kravitz subsequently moved on with Styles, and PEOPLE confirmed in April 2026 that the pair had become engaged and shared the news with “a small circle.”
Kravitz had also been showing off her ring to friends. The couple first sparked engagement speculation after Kravitz was spotted wearing a massive ring on that finger while kissing Styles in London in photos published by The Sun on April 21.
She was also seen wearing the ring on April 19. Kravitz was first linked to the 'One Direction' singer in August 2025, several months after her split from Tatum. Amid the engagement news, Tatum also shared a poem by poet John Roedel on his Instagram Stories on April 27 about relying on gut instincts.
The post discussed his brain and heart “sharing custody” of him before describing his gut as an “unofficial therapist.” Following her split from Tatum, Kravitz told ELLE that the breakup had not affected her feelings about 'Blink Twice.'
