Charles Barkley 'concerned' for Bill Belichick after CBS interview with Jordon Hudson: 'Not a good look'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Charles Barkley has voiced concern about his longtime friend Bill Belichick after a recent interview sparked online discussion about the NFL coach’s relationship with 24-year-old Jordon Hudson.
Belichick, 73, appeared in a CBS segment that featured multiple interruptions from Hudson, which the TNT Sports personality says has him worried about the legendary football figure.
Charles Barkley says Bill Belichick is on a 'very slippery slope'
Barkley shared his thoughts during an appearance on the 'Dan Patrick Show' on Wednesday, revealing he’s “not sure what’s going on” with Belichick lately and that he’s becoming increasingly uneasy.
“He’s been a great friend for me for a long time. We’ve been great friends since he coached for the Browns. I think he’s got to be very careful right now,” said Barkley as per People.
“This is starting to be on a very slippery slope. He’s the greatest football coach ever. Him and [former University of Alabama coach] Nick Saban. For college, Nick Saban. For Bill, the NFL,” Barkley added.

Continuing the conversation, Barkley said he generally avoids talking about personal matters but felt compelled to speak up this time.
“From what I’m hearing, it’s starting to be a very slippery slope. And I never talk about people’s personal relationships — that’s another rule I got," Barkley added.

But, I will admit, I’m a little concerned with some of the stuff that’s going on,” the former NBA star said.
“I might actually reach out to him to make sure everything’s good, but I am concerned from what I’m hearing. It’s not a good look, right, I’ll admit that,” Barkley added per Daily Mail.
Bill Belichick was 'surprised' by CBS interview questions on Jordon Hudson
Belichick released a statement after the interview aired, defending Hudson’s presence during the taping and saying he was caught off guard by CBS journalist Tony Dokoupil's questions.
“She was not deflecting any specific question or topic but simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track,” said Belichick on Wednesday.
In the broadcast, Hudson was described as “a constant presence,” and she could be seen and heard interjecting from off-camera.
When Dokoupil asked how the couple first met, Hudson replied from the corner, “We’re not talking about this.” “No?” Dokoupil responded.
“No,” Hudson said again, ending the line of questioning and creating a tense moment during the segment.
