Hemsworth and Pataky's separate vacations and different goals
The source revealed that Chris and Elsa have different aspirations and lifestyles. “Chris wants a simpler life, and Elsa wants more,” the source said.
“The fact that he’s stepped away from Hollywood to focus on family and she’s wanting to act more isn’t a good sign.”
Having been married for thirteen years and parenting three children – India (11) and twins Sasha and Tristan (9) – the couple has been embarking on separate trips since October.
Elsa traveled to Japan with the boys, whereas Chris accompanied India to Iceland.
In November, their separate journeys continued: Elsa attended The Woman Awards in Spain, while Chris joined his family in Abu Dhabi. Although he took the twins, it remains unclear whether India was with him or Elsa.

However, concerns have been growing for a while, especially after Chris learned that he is genetically predisposed to Alzheimer’s disease.
He discovered while filming National Geographic’s 'Limitless' that he has two copies of the gene APOE4, which makes him “eight to 10 times more likely” to develop the progressive disease than the average person.
In a previous interview with Men’s Health, he shared that this experience "really sparked a change in me," leading him to adjust his lifestyle.
He mentioned actively "integrating more moments of solitude" and scaling back on his exercise routine.
“I’ve always been pretty consistent with my exercise commitments, but lately I’ve really felt the importance of taking time for yourself without any outside voice or stimulation and making time for stillness,” the actor stated.
