LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Chris Hemsworth is discussing his most iconic roles as 'Thor' and reflecting on aspects he wishes had been handled differently.

"I would read everyone else’s lines, and go, oh, they got way cooler stuff. They’re having more fun. What's my character doing?" Hemsworth explained.

"It was always about, 'You've got the wig on. You've got the muscles. You've got the costume. Where's the lighting?' Yeah, I'm part of this big thing, but I'm probably pretty replaceable."

What did Robert Downey Jr say about Chris Hemsworth as 'Thor'?

On the other hand, Chris's co-star Robert Downey Jr, known for his portrayal of 'Iron Man,' praised Chris for his performance as 'Thor' in the series.

"First off, Thor as a character was super tricky to adapt, with lots of implied limitations. But he and [first director] Ken Branagh figured out how to transcend, make him somehow relatable but godlike," Downey said.

He added, "Hemsworth is, in my opinion, the most complex psyche out of all us Avengers. He's got wit and gravitas, but also such restraint, fire, and gentleness."

In discussing his role in 'Love and Thunder,' Chris elaborated, "I got caught up in the improv and the wackiness, and I became a parody of myself. I didn't stick the landing."

Talking about if there will be a fifth 'Thor' film, Hemsworth said, "I feel like we'd probably have to close the book if I ever did it again. I feel like it probably warrants that. I feel like it'd probably be the finale, but that's not based on anything anyone's told me or any sort of plans."

In a previous interview as well, Hemsworth didn't shy away from criticizing the most recent release of 'Thor.'

"I was a little silly. Not silly, we were having so much fun, and that's sometimes too much of a good thing," he told Yahoo! Entertainment.

"I still love the film. You have to critique and look at what worked in case you do it again on a different film. The lesson I took was to have fun with the comedy and so on, but what's the emotional drive and component here? Is this something relatable?" Hemsworth reflected.

Fans would love another 'Thor' movie with Chris Hemsworth

Internet reacted to Chris Hemsworth's underlying disappointment on 'Thor: Love and Thunder.'

A person wrote, "His acting in Love and Thunder was good. The writers blew it."

"I mean, I personally wasn't all that disappointed, but I'm not about to say no to another Thor movie💜" wrote another fan.

"Actually love and Thunder wasn't a disappointment at all. It was made by the same Director who gave us Thor Ragnarok. And also Chris Hemsworth never said this," a user reflected.

One user said, "He does a great job when it comes for humor but they over did it with Thor 4. I don’t blame him though." [sic]

"They butchered the story with horrible one liners every 30 seconds," criticized another.
