LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: John Legend and Chrissy Teigen recently created headlines after claiming that they “have always considered” moving to New York where they previously lived.
While the EGOT winner, 46, and his wife, 39, are hopeful of their move, social media users have given strong opinions against it.
Though some of the fans were understanding of their choice, several were left fuming after the pair shared their intention.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen ‘probably will’ move to New York
John Legend, who currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife Chrissy Teigen and their four children, Luna Simone, eight, and Miles Theodore, six, Esti Maxine and Wren Alexander, both one, and their menagerie of pets, shared that the couple would consider relocating to Big Apple when his little ones are all grown-ups.

Speaking to The Wall Street Journal, Legend said, "Chrissy and I have always considered returning to New York, where we once lived. We probably will, once our youngest ones grow up a bit.”
Adding that the family witnessed the destructive effects of the Palisades Fire, Legend said that "the danger felt too close for comfort."

As John Legend shared his and Chrissy Teigen's desires to leave California for New York, social media users had a lot to say on the matter.
