LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Christian Wood's ex-girlfriend Yasmine Lopez has made some serious accusations against him after the basketball player was given sole custody of their son Kobe along with a 3-year restraining order.

Wood's victory in court followed his allegations against Lopez, accusing her of damaging his car and breaking into his house, causing destruction last year, RadarOnline.com reported.

Lopez was granted only one hour of supervised visits three times a week.

Yasmine Lopez reportedly did not know about the court proceedings

However, Lopez has retaliated, claiming that the court hearing took place in April without proper notification to her.

She also highlighted that the 28-year-old player of the Los Angeles Lakers never informed her about the court proceedings.

She reportedly asserted, “He has repeatedly called and texted me and come to my house to visit me after his request for [temporary restraining order] was granted (again, without my proper knowledge of it). Christian is well aware and knows my cell phone and my current home address.”

In her court documents, Lopez further stated that “on May 2, 2024, I was brutally attacked by Christian, during which he grabbed me by my legs and dragged me to his front door in a rage.”

She claimed, “Christian has a history of being violent and flying into a rage. Christian constantly attempts to control me through intimidation, threats, and downright abuse, and I am terrified by his violent behavior, significant threats, and abusive actions."

“I have been trying my best to appease him for the sake of our son when he acts this way; I simply want to create a healthy environment for our son,” she added.

Yasmine Lopez details her alleged May 2 ordeal

Lopez stated that she visited Wood's place on May 2, 2024, after receiving an invitation from him.

“We were cuddling in bed with our ten-month-old son when Christian said he had received a text from his attorney who was on her way over to his house,” she reportedly wrote in court papers.

The mother of one elaborated, “He suddenly became frantic and demanded I leave immediately stating he did not want his attorney to know that he was still seeing me. I was confused by his remarks. I was simply lying in bed with our son trying to get him to go to sleep when Christian received the text from his attorney."

“Before I could even get up, he flew into a rage, violently grabbed me, and pulled me off the bed by my feet and thighs, and dragged me across the floor to the front door. I was confused and terrified.”

In her filing, Lopez also included pictures showing her bruises from the alleged attack as she noted that they “demonstrate the extreme force with which Christian violently attacked me and the trauma my body sustained, to my legs in particular, caused by Christian’s violent behavior when he flew into a rage.”

Christian Wood’s lawyer calls Yasmine Lopez’s claims ‘false’

However, Wood’s attorney Holly Moore refuted her accusations and said, “The allegations made by Ms. Lopez against my client, Christian Wood, are completely false and retaliatory in nature. My client was awarded sole legal and sole physical custody of the parties' minor child by the court last Tuesday for a reason.”

“Ms. Lopez is lashing out at the court's decision by making sudden outrageous claims against my client, which we are prepared to rigorously defend with substantial evidence,” Moore added.
