Her recent Instagram photos, showcasing her toned figure, have fueled rumors that her weight loss may be due to Ozempic.

Christina Aguilera prioritizes healthy lifestyle

Christina Aguilera, who had previously shared that her weight loss was the result of clean eating rather than extreme diets, sparked speculation about Ozempic in May after she appeared with a slimmed-down frame at a concert in Mexico.

After dropping 40 pounds following childbirth in 2008, she shifted her focus from restrictive diets to clean eating.

She incorporated plenty of whole foods and minimized sugary snacks and in addition to her healthy diet, Aguilera maintained an active lifestyle.

Interestingly, in an interview with Health for the magazine’s May 2021 cover story, the singer had revealed that she “hated being super skinny” and preferred to maintain a stronger physique.

The debate about women being frowned on for having fuller figures also surfaced in the comments section.

Some readers felt that Kelly Clarkson, Oprah Winfrey and Aguilera's weight loss may be a worrying trend that is emerging. One reader wrote, "I thought she (and kelly clarkson) liked their fuller figures? I thought we were supposed to embrace larger sizes as if they were a healthy image of women? Oh I guess I was so wrong."

Others were convinced Aguilera's weight loss was due to Ozempic, as one reader wrote, "We already know it's Ozempic. She, just like Oprah, have struggled with weight for their whole lives until Ozempic became mainstream."

One social media user was convinced the pictures were airbrushed, "Will the real Christina please stand up? (Because i'm sure those are airbrushed pics here....)".

Another felt Aguilera looked like another person altogether as they wrote, "Looks like Courtney Stodden."

Readers even suspected it was an overdose of cosmetic surgery which drastically changed the singer's looks. "Christina Aguilera doesn't even look like the same person as 10, 20 years ago. I suspect there's been an overdose of cosmetic surgery," said a social media user.
