LAS VEGAS, NEVADA: Christina Aguilera and Matthew Rutler are finally planning to tie the knot after being engaged for almost 10 years.
The 'Say Something' singer wants her fiance to sign a prenup first, according to a source close to the couple.

The source told In Touch that Christina’s lawyers are working on the agreement and that Matthew is willing to cooperate.
“Her lawyers have started working on it, and Matt says he’s willing to sign whatever she wants,” the insider told the publication.
“She’s promised that she’ll make sure he’s not left high and dry if things don’t work out.”

The 43-year-old singer, who has two children from previous relationships, may choose Valentine’s Day as their wedding date.
That would mark the 10th anniversary of their engagement. The source also said that they are looking at doing a destination wedding.
“Christina knows how much Matt wants to get married,” adds the source. “They’re looking at doing a destination wedding.”

Flu forces Christina Aguilera to postpone shows
However, Christina had to postpone two of her Las Vegas shows after getting sick with the flu on January 4.
She announced the news on Instagram on January 4, apologizing to her fans and promising to return to the stage soon.

“I am sorry to share that my two shows this weekend will be rescheduled while I rest," she wrote.
