Social media reactions

Meanwhile, Brittany and Abby received mixed responses after they took a stand against haters as a Facebook user commented, “Awww no haters, we are all overjoyed at your happiness ❤️🎉. But I think it’s ok to have questions.”

One user wrote, “I don’t think people are hating on them, I think people are just genuinely curious about the circumstances. But whatever, they seem to make it work and that’s great, so best wishes to them all!”

Another user shared, “I mean, the comments I've seen haven't been anyone hating on them. I think people are just genuinely curious as to how that is gonna work for obvious reasons. It's not a normal everyday situation, and it's natural to wonder. And you can't get mad for people being in your business when your business is being put out there for all to see. IJS.”

“They deserve happiness,” a user noted.

“God's sake it isn't difficult! They are two different women, one sister has fallen in love and got married. Obviously, it will have its own challenges, but why can't people be happy for them?” one user remarked.

“I'm genuinely happy for the three of them,” a comment read.

Another comment was “Congratulations to them 👏❤.”
