Speaking about her past toxic relationships, Cori Broadus said, “I’d been so used to toxic relationships — going through phones, high adrenaline from fights, dealing with drama."
The 25-year-old described her fiance, photographer Wayne Deuce, as a transformative figure in her life.
“Wayne was different. He loved me — all of me. It was uncomfortable at first, because I wasn’t used to that kind of peace. But he’s my safe space, my person," she shared.

Reflecting on her past, Cori Broadus admitted she was initially afraid to introduce her boyfriends to her father, Snoop Dogg.
“It was scary because my dad is who he is, and the boys I was dealing with weren’t the best,” she explained.
Meeting Snoop Dogg was not something she took lightly as she said, “You had to really mean something to me to meet him.”
Broadus and Deuce first met in 2018 at a party. After nearly five years of dating, Deuce proposed to her in November 2022, according to People.
Their wedding planning journey has been documented in a three-part E! docuseries, 'Snoop’s Fatherhood: Cori and Wayne’s Story', which aired this month.
