The celebrity real estate agent met Jeff, a managing partner at advertising agency Icon Media Group, in 2015, and they tied the knot two years later in August 2017.
In a now-deleted Instagram post before their wedding, Chelsea shared that Jeff played a significant role in her decision to stay in the United States instead of returning to her hometown of London.
"Almost 2 years ago I came to Los Angeles for what was meant to be a 'short break.' I stayed because I fell in love...It was the best decision I've ever made," she wrote in the caption.
Beyond their relationship, Jeff also contributed to Chelsea's professional career. While Chelsea was already an established real estate agent, Jeff introduced her to Jason Oppenheim, the founder of the Oppenheim Group real estate agency featured in 'Selling Sunset.' Chelsea joined the cast of the hit Netflix show in its fifth season.
"I knew Jason through my husband and I said to him, what do I have to do?" Chelsea explained this to Vogue in May 2022. "You kind of see how it played out on screen. I wasn’t sure whether I was going to get in or not."
The couple shares two children: Maddox Ali Lavon Lazkani, 5, and Melia Iman Lazkani, 3. Chelsea is seeking joint custody of their children and spousal support from Jeff.
