St Clair took to X (formerly Twitter) on Valentine’s Day to announce that she had given birth to Musk’s latest offspring five months ago. The timing had everyone talking. Some social media sleuths think they know exactly why she picked that day to make the confession.

According to some X users, Ashley St Clair wasn’t just randomly in the mood to share on February 14—she was furious at her baby daddy, Elon Musk, for spending the holiday with someone else.

"As a woman, I know exactly why Ashley St. Clair announced the baby today," user Angie G speculated in a viral post that racked up 3.4 million views. "It wasn’t because she was about to be doxxed, but my money is on Elon being out with another woman tonight for Valentine’s Day, and she’s pissed," the user added.

And it wasn’t just Angie G who thought so.

One person responded, "My wife made the exact SAME comment. 'He spent Valentine's Day with someone else, and she's nursing his newest baby alone. That's why she announced it today.'"

Angie G replied, "She knows."

Another chimed in, "Yeah...I like Musk a lot... But he is NOT a moral role model in all categories. Fathers and husbands should not look to him as an example of what to do."

Someone else wrote, "Wow, you're probably right about this, too. You've got amazing intuition. I bet she feels like a used bicycle now. She has to deal with the screaming baby while Elon is out impregnating his next X grifter."

To which, Angie G responded, "She thought she could change him."

Ashley St Clair's Valentine's Day announcement 

Ashley St Clair took to X and clarified why she finally decided to let the cat out of the bag.

"Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father," she wrote in a post. "I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety, but in recent days, it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause."

"I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child's privacy and refrain from invasive reporting," she added.

St Clair’s rep Brian Glicklich also claimed that Musk had actually been privately working on an agreement with the writer for a while now.

"Ashley & Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time," Glicklich shared on X.

"It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially. We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share," he added.

It's worth noting that Musk has 12 other children with three other women. With his first wife Justine Wilson, he had twins Vivian and Griffin, plus triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian. With Grimes, he has three children -- X Æ A-Xii (aka "X"), Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus (aka "Tau"). And he has twins, Strider and Azure, with Neuralink exec Shivon Zilis.
