Elon Musk's 'girlfriend' Shivon Zilis spotted by his side at Trump's donor party amid relationship rumors

WASHINGTON, DC: Shivon Zilis sparked relationship rumors with tech billionaire Elon Musk when she accompanied him to President Donald Trump's pre-inauguration donor party in Washington on Sunday, January 19, reported the Daily Mail.

The 38-year-old tech executive is the mother of three of Musk's 12 children. While Zilis is known to support Musk from the sidelines, she was seen on Sunday standing beside him and engaging in conversation with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his fiancee Lauren Sanchez, as well as Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner.

However, Musk, 53, has yet to clarify the exact status of his relationship with Zilis.

Who is Shivon Zilis?

Born in Ontario, Canada, Shivon Zilis is believed to have met Elon Musk while she was working on the board at the non-profit OpenAI, which Musk founded in 2015. She was seen at the First Policy Institute's black-tie gala at Mar-a-Lago shortly after Donald Trump's 2024 election victory but stayed in the background at the time.

Musk shares three children with Zilis, twins Strider and Azure, and a third unnamed child whom they welcomed in 2024.

When the twins were born in 2021, Musk was preparing to welcome a second child with ex-girlfriend Grimes. At the time, Zilis stated that she was not romantically involved with Musk and that he had simply offered to donate sperm to conceive via IVF when he heard that she was looking for an anonymous donor.

Zilis reportedly told Musk’s biographer, Walter Isaacson, "He really wants smart people to have kids, so he encouraged me to do this. I can’t possibly think of genes I would prefer for my children."

Musk and Zilis have not commented on the status of their relationship even after his split from Grimes. However, Zilis' presence at the pre-inauguration dinner playing the role of a supportive partner is considered significant and telling.
