The Foo Fighters frontman spent Tuesday, January 14, preparing meals for families displaced by the Los Angeles wildfires and inmate firefighters battling the devastating blazes.

Dave Grohl has been a longtime volunteer with Feed the Streets Los Angeles.

This year’s effort was another step in his ongoing dedication to helping those in need.

Feed the Streets Los Angeles shared glimpses of Grohl in action on their Instagram stories, showing him stirring a large pot of chili and pushing containers down a sidewalk.

In March 2023, Grohl partnered with Feed the Streets LA to provide meals for thousands of homeless people during harsh weather conditions, as per the report.

Dave Grohl fathered a child outside of wedlock 

This follows months after Dave Grohl addressed the personal challenges of maintaining relationship with his wife while also being present to parent their three children.

In September 2024, he shared on Instagram that he had become a father to a daughter born outside his marriage.

"I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage," wrote Grohl.

"I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness," he added, referring to his wife Jordyn Blum and their three children.

Reports of marital strain have circulated, with Grohl stepping back from public engagements to focus on his family.

His band, Foo Fighters, also canceled their 2025 summer tour, with their last performance held on August 18, 2024.
