David Beador: Shannon Beador’s ex-husband charged with reckless driving 6 months after her DUI arrest
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: David Beador, the ex-husband of Shannon Beador, is in legal trouble for his traffic violations while overspeeding his vehicle.
This has come six months following his ex-wife's arrest for driving under the influence for which she felt "ashamed."
David Beador drove 119 mph in a 60 mph speed-limited area
According to RadarOnline, David was caught speeding 119 miles per hour in a 60-mile-per-hour zone.
The 59-year-old business owner, according to the outlet was driving a 2022 Porsche 911 in Newport Coast, California.

Citing the court records, the outlet reported that Newport Beach Police pulled David over for speeding on February 4, 2024, at around 9.15 am.
On March 18, the Orange County District Attorney charged David with one misdemeanor count of reckless driving and an infraction for unlawfully driving a vehicle at a speed greater than 100 miles per hour.
Shannon, who was married to David, shares three daughters with him. While separating in 2017, they fought a bitter divorce battle over child custody and spousal support.
David Beador pleaded not guilty to overspeeding
David pleaded not guilty, and a separate pre-trial hearing is scheduled for April 9, per the records reported by the New York Post.
The Judge has instructed Shannon’s ex-husband not to drive without a valid driver’s license and insurance, as per Radar Online

The incident occurred six months after Shannon's arrest for driving under the influence in September 2023.
The 59-year-old reality star registered a blood alcohol level of 0.24, which is three times the legal limit.

“I never drink and drive. I’m the Uber girl. But you know there were a lot of unhealthy things going on in my life and I did drink more alcohol," she said.
Shannon, who was arrested for a hit-and-run and DUI involving alcohol also served time in jail.
She posted a $2,500 bail after the incident. The Newport Beach Police Department's animal control unit also initiated an investigation, as her dog, Archie, was in the car at the time of the accident.
Before being officially charged and receiving a three-year probation sentence, Shannon entered an outpatient program to address her substance abuse problems as per the New York Post.
The report stated that Shannon and David have gotten on better terms.
